Final Mitigated Negative Declaration 

The SANDAG Board of Directors adopted the Addendum to the Final Mitigated Negative Declaration for the San Marcos to Vista Segment of the Inland Rail Trail at its September 26, 2014 meeting. The project received approval under the national Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) on August 28, 2014.

The SANDAG Board of Directors adopted the Final Subsequent Mitigated Negative Declaration for the San Marcos to Vista Segment of the Inland Rail Trail at its July 26, 2013 meeting. The project received approval under the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) on August 5, 2013.
