SANDAG, as lead agency under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), has adopted a Final Mitigated Negative Declaration (MND) for the Robinson Avenue Bikeway project. The document was available for public review and comment from January 5, 2016 to February 4, 2016. The MND was adopted by the SANDAG Board of Directors in May 2016.
