Budget and Project Funding
Planning and preliminary
engineering for the Stadium Segment and the Carlton Oaks Golf Course Segment
were funded by a grant from the California Coastal Conservancy and by TransNet Active
Transportation Program funds generated by the half-cent sales tax for
transportation projects.
