Schedule

Work at 12th and Imperial Transit Center is expected to continue through summer 2019.

The majority of Orange Line OCS Improvements construction was completed in summer 2018. Additional work activities will occur in 2019. Trolley Renewal construction was completed in 2015.

Budget

The Trolley Renewal Project budget is $660 million. Funding for the project was provided by TransNet, the regional half-cent sales tax for transportation administered by SANDAG; California Proposition 1A and 1B; and the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.
