Schedule
Phase 4 construction began in early May 2020 and was completed in January 2021.
Phase 5 construction is expected to begin in early 2024.
Budget
Phase 5 of the Del Mar Bluffs Stabilization project will cost approximately $78 million and is funded through a combination of state, federal, and local sources.
