Construction of Build NCC, the first package of projects being constructed as part of the 40-year North Coast Corridor (NCC) Program, began in 2017 and will continue through 2023. Below is a detailed list of each project’s schedule and budget. Build NCC is estimated to cost approximately $869 million with funding available from a combination of federal, state, and regional TransNet revenue sources.
