The SR 52 West project will construct one additional general purpose freeway lane in each direction and two reversible Managed Lanes from  I-15 to SR 125.

Work on this section of the SR 52 Managed Lanes was suspended in June 2008 due to budget restraints. The recently approved 2050 Regional Transportation Plan has this section of the SR 52 Managed Lanes planned for completion by the year 2040.
