Rose Creek Bikeway
SANDAG, as lead agency under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), has prepared a Final Mitigated Negative Declaration (MND) for the Rose Creek Bikeway project. The Draft MND was available for a 30-day public review from December 15, 2015 to January 14, 2016. After completion of the public review period, modifications were made to the Draft MND and it was recirculated for an additional 30-day public review from April 7, 2016 to May 9, 2016. The Final MND is expected to be adopted by the SANDAG Board of Directors in May 2016.
