The I-5/Genesee Avenue Interchange project consists of five stages of construction. Work is currently underway on Stage 5. This stage of the project will take approximately 4 months to complete. Construction work on retaining walls
Motorists are urged to slow down during construction. Not only is it required by law,
but it helps save lives. Additionally, travelers are encouraged to give themselves more
time and anticipate possible traffic delays.
