The Eastbound direction of State Route 78 ( SR 78 ) will be closed today, Monday 05/14, at the Nordahl Road bridge, starting from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m.

Motorists are urged to avoid the area.

Motorists will be detoured to exit at the Nordahl Road off-ramp then reenter Eastbound SR-78 at the Nordahl Road on-ramp.

The following closures will be in effect from Monday evening ( 05/14 ) through Tuesday morning ( 05/15 ).  These closures are expected to be placed beginning at 9 p.m. and picked up by 5 a.m. or earlier Tuesday.

.Surface Streets:

1    Partial lanes WB and EB Barham Dr at SR 78  -- Retaining wall work

Ramps:

1.    SR 78 EB On ramp from Nordahl Rd* --  Bridge work

* Ramp will be open prior to EB SR 78 Full Freeway Closure

Freeway Lanes:

1.   SR 78 WB Partial lanes from Jct I-15 to Nordahl Rd -- Bridge work

2.   SR 78 EB Partial lanes from Twin Valley Oaks Rd to Nordahl Rd --

Our contractor will place signs to assist motorists through the closures.
